Welcome to the Treasure Research Library Network.
The Treasure Research Library Network is your opportunity to find research on your Treasure Projects. In the world of Treasure Hunting, only a well-organized and complete library, with an indexing system will give you that edge on all others that think they might be a Treasure Hunter. It took me a lifetime and thousands of dollars and man-hours to just begin to have something I could depend on for that extra help and information on my projects.
I have been enjoying this wonderful hobby of Treasure Hunting from the early 1950's when True West magazine was first published in that summer in 1953. I was 9 years old then and when I saw that first issue I can remember that first time reading about treasure. In that first issue the Skeleton Canyon Treasure story was a featured story. After reading that story I would dream of finding that treasure and still do. I still have that copy of that True West magazine and they are the foundation of my collection. I have to this day enjoyed camping and looking for that treasure in the New Mexico and Arizona mountains.
Sense discovering magazines and books on treasure hunting I have spent thousands of hours, days and months researching, reading and going into the wilds of America and the world in search of adventure and in the hopes of finding a Lost Treasure. Over those years I have never found the Lost Dutchman Mine or the Seven Cities of Gold but I have discovered something as valuable, my family, some good friends and that discovery alone is worth it's weight in Gold to me.
In time I might just find that large Treasure but as Mel Fisher once indicated to me, your troubles only just begin on that kind of a find. After Mel found the Atocha, his troubles only just began. They continued for the next ten years with legal battles that took thousands of his hard earned dollars and ten years of his life. He won that battle in time but those ten years of fighting for what he found took its toll on him and his family and friends.
I will and am very happy just to find that lost coin, post-hole bank or jewelry item after researching an area of interest. I have donated some of my finds to museums that are special items of interest to people so everyone interested could see the item and enjoyment it.
If reading and research are not part of your tools in treasure hunting, look out because others like me will have an edge over you and your treasure hunt. Luck does find some people and treasure does go to the unskilled but lighting also strikes hundreds of people every year. The research is fun and you just might learn a thing or two about this wonderful country we call America and our past history and heritage.
I hope this site will give you some basic information on what we offer and I tend to stay away from making this site a composite of information that may or may not be of interest. I am listed in the site and emails are welcome and questions will be answered.
Thanks for your visit and Happy Treasure Hunting
